The truth is that my relationship with my body hasn't always been the healthiest. A few years ago, on paper, I looked like a healthy person. I looked super fit, was eating all of the right foods and was doing the "right" things...
But, inside, I felt scattered, uncentered, unhappy and stressed. I was truly unhappy having gone trough a sad divorce. I realized that what you eat or drink, or how many hours you spend at the gym, aren't the only factors you need to be healthy and that to transform your body you need to nourish your heart first.
